How the Clinical Roundtable works

1. Book a Thursday

Each session is booked separately, so you can attend whenever support would be useful.

2. Bring your questions

Ask about G.E.M.M. Protocol implementation, formula selection, sequencing or more complex clinical presentations.

3. Learn through discussion

Sessions are shaped by the questions, de-identified cases and experiences of the practitioners attending.

Bring what you’re working through in practice

The Roundtable is designed around real questions arising from clinical practice. You can participate actively, bring a case, or simply listen and learn from the discussion.

G.E.M.M.® Clinical Roundtable

Have a case you’d like to discuss?

Submit a case 24 hours before the session for possible inclusion in the Roundtable discussion.

Cases are selected on a first-in basis.

If you need to discuss your case before next week’s session, please contact your Clinician Educator for 1-1 support.

You can also attend without submitting a case.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to attend every week?
No. Each session is booked separately, so you can join on any Thursday that suits you or whenever you would value some additional clinical support.
No, life happens! You will be able to cancel your booking ahead of time. This allows Cell-Logic to allocate the right number of educators per session. We appreciate you updating us.
No. You’re welcome to bring a question about the G.E.M.M. Protocol, suggest a topic for discussion, contribute your experience or learn from the cases shared by others.

We encourage everyone to bring at least one question, case, observation or topic they would like to explore. The Roundtable is shaped by the clinicians attending, so your contributions help create a valuable and engaging discussion for the whole group.

You don’t need to speak throughout the session, you’re welcome to add your questions and comments to the chat and simply listen and learn from the conversation.

We strongly encourage you to submit clinical cases when booking. The case submission form collects the information our educators need to review your case, prepare appropriately and present it in a clear slide format for group discussion.

If no formal cases have been submitted, you’re welcome to raise a general case-related question during the session. We may be able to offer some initial guidance based on the information available; however, meaningful and individualised feedback usually requires the full case details to be submitted in advance.

We’ll explore as many submitted cases as possible, generally in the order they are received and within the time available. If we’re unable to discuss your case during the session, a Cell-Logic Clinician Educator will follow up with you for individual support.
Each session is facilitated by a member of Cell-Logic’s Clinician Education Team, who will guide the conversation and provide clinical education and support.
No. To protect practitioner and patient confidentiality, sessions are not recorded. Screenshots, transcripts and AI note-taking tools are also not permitted.

The Roundtable runs from 12:00–1:00 pm Brisbane time (AEST). When you book, Microsoft Bookings will automatically display the session in your local time zone.

The final Roundtable for 2026 will be held on Thursday, 3 December. Weekly sessions will resume on Thursday, 14 January 2027.
